We are offering the Rediscovery & Renewal Women's Day Retreat in Hong Kong on April 30th & May 1st for up to four participants. There's only one seat left. During these two days, you will engage in learning and experiential activities that can help you clarify who you are and what you truly want, learn to express yourself more fully and love yourself so that you can enjoy a life of more joy, meaning, and fulfillment. GerlieMa will guide you in a process of self-discovery so that you can understand yourself more deeply, including your needs, your life passions, and the limiting thoughts and unproductive habits that are blocking you from living your highest potential. The intention of this retreat is to offer resources, guidance and support in a safe space. You will experience guided meditation and exercises that can help you relax and quieten your mind, and open your heart to experience more love, appreciation, and self-acceptance. She will teach concepts and techniques to deal with your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations with awareness and compassion. She will also facilitate a creative process to allow space for self-expression through journaling, art, movement, or sharing, as well as for ideas and insights to come through, and explore dream images that may arise. Participating in this two-day retreat can help you to realize your inner beauty, to believe in yourself, and to develop inner strength to navigate through the inevitable changes and struggles in life, and the challenges that come as you pursue your dreams and step into your greatness.
