Yet as human beings, finding the balance between being and doing will actually move us toward health, joy, success and fulfillment. Engaging in meditation and creative expressions are ways to bring balance and effectiveness to all areas of your life.
During the Mindfulness and Meditation sessions, you'll learn tools to calm the mind, to develop concentration skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and self-esteem. Meditation promotes clarity, calmness, and confidence that leads to reduced stress, inspired decision making, and effective loving actions.
Whether you are new to meditation, or are an experienced practitioner, these classes provide valuable insights and techniques to learn or deepen your self-awareness and compassion through meditation.
During the Creative Expressions group sessions which incorporate meditation on the Heart Center with creative expressions through expressive arts, movement or writing, as well as an exploration of the unconscious mind, you can experience being more in tune with your heart and soul's desire, self-discovery and self-expression.
