Heartfulness & Self-Love Workshops & Retreats
We offer workshops for emotional balance, and increased self-esteem and self-love. We utilise various modalities, mainly based on ancient teachings such as Mindfulness, as well as gentle Yoga movements, and maximizing human potential such as The Success Principles.
What is heartfulness?
Heartfulness is another word for mindfulness of emotions. Mindfulness is a way of life based on eastern ancient teachings. It teaches us to be aware of the present moment experience of your sensations, thoughts, feelings, and the surrounding environment non-judgmentally, with kindness and an open mind.
There are numerous evidence-based research about the benefits of mindfulness on our health and well-being. Practicing mindfulness of emotions can help us improve our relationships with ourselves and others, increase our capacity to love ourselves and others, and develop more empathy and compassion.
What is The Success Principles?
The Success Principles is a book written by Jack Canfield that offers practical and detailed principles to help anyone lead a more successful and fulfilling life. It outlines principles for living a life of passion, purpose and success, including taking responsibility for your life, getting clear on what you want in life, setting milestones or goals and visualizing success, facing your fears, and asking for and graciously receiving feedback.

Hearfulness and Self-Love Workshops & Day-Retreats:
1) Introduction to Mindfulness and Self-Love (75-min)
During this workshop, you'll learn about the concept of self-love, and heartfulness, which is mindfulness of emotions, and how they can bring more joy and true happiness to you and others in your life. You'll also experience guided mindfulness practices, and there will be time assigned for sharing and Q&A.
2) Foundations of Mindfulness: Emotional Balance (1/2 day)
This workshop is designed to facilitate awareness of your feelings and emotions, encourage kindness toward oneself and others, and teach a mindfulness process that can increase your emotional self-regulating skills that can help improve your relationship with yourself and with others, and feel better about yourself..
3) Create Your Dream Life; Passions, Priorities & Potential (1/2 Day)
During this fun & meaningful workshop, you'll be guided on a step-by-step process through which you will get clear on what you truly want in your life and prioritize your life based on that so that you can start creating a passionate, purposeful and fulfilled life.
You'll experience guided meditation self-reflection practices to help you reconnect to your heart and be more open to what unfolds as life brings you the opportunities that enable you to navigate your new found potential and to flourish.

This half-day workshop is offered in a small-group and private 1-2-1 setting.

Mindfulness Workshops
Success and
Mindfulness 101
During this 90-minute class, you'll learn the 3 key principles of mindfulness, Success Principle #1, and how your can create a passionate purposeful life of joy and fulfillment. It includes a 20-minute guided mindfulness practice, and a brief Q&A session held in English and Cantonese.
Foundations of Mindfulness Course
This is a 12-hour Foundations of Mindfulness course that involves 3-4 half-day sessions. Participants will learn about the foundations of mindfulness, as well as compassion and loving kindness. Each session will include a talk, guided mindfulness practices, and Q&A.
Introduction to Mindfulness for Youths
Utilizing the curriculum of Mindful Schools for classrooms, participants will learn what mindfulness is, its benefits, and three common misconceptions about mindfulness. You'll also experience short guided mindfulness practices. Each small-group session is 40 minutes in duration.
