Mindfulness and Success Principles


Service Description

During this 90-minute workshop, you'll be introduced to what mindfulness is, misconceptions about mindfulness, and a principle of success that can transform your life. You'll also learn how to cultivate focused attention, and experience a 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation. This workshop includes a talk, self-reflection exercises, mindfulness practices and partner exercises. There will time for a brief Q&A session. Time: 7:30pm - 9:30pm (incl. 90-minute workshop and a break) Venue: 118 Austin Road, near Jordan MTR station (full address will be provided upon registration) Language: Presentation in Cantonese, meditation in both English and Cantonese
