I'm a pretty active person, therefore I prefer some form of exercise to relax. This was a breath of fresh air, the calmness and sense of zen that I felt after the session was fantastic." - Darren Brakenridge "Joined an Intro to Meditation workshop. I've tried meditation before, but never really felt I did it properly. In the workshop she introduced, the background and concepts, to understand and what to do if my mind wanders. After the meditation, it felt like I just came back from a vacation. Will try to incorporate this in my life weekly as it's a really nice feeling. Would recommend!" - Co La "It was really great to learn new mindfulness concepts and to be taken through a guided meditation with GerlieMa. The class experience was both comfortable and informative. After completing the meditation, I felt relaxed, less anxious and more grounded. I'd definitely recommend GerlieMa's workshops to people who are looking to start or further develop their mindfulness practice in order to live a happier, more stress-free and fulfilled life." - BA Burgess
