We're now offering an Introduction to Meditation to small groups on a regular basis in Hong Kong. Date: May 7th (Sunday) Time: 3:00 PM - 4:15 PM Venue: 9/F, New Hennessy Tower, 263 Hennessy Rd., Wanchai, Hong Kong GerlieMa will giving a talk on meditation, which is a highly effective tool to manage stress and the inevitable challenges and changes in life. She will also lead a 20-minute guided meditation. GerlieMa has received training from over a dozen renowned meditation and spiritual masters from around the world, and has practiced daily meditation & psychological processes for over two decades. Her work combines eastern wisdom teachings (mindfulness & meditation), western Transpersonal Psychology , and maximizing human potential (The Success Principles).
